It’s not your fault……………
You didn’t plan to be a single mom doing parenting and life all alone. You thought you’d have a partner to juggle parenting, making money, getting dinner on the table, doing laundry and the 100 other things that need to be done every day to keep all those balls you are juggling from hitting the floor.
Unfortunately life didn’t turn out the way you planned. You need a plan B. I’ve been there.

I needed to come up with a different plan and start working that plan. I struggled to figure out how to start and how to keep going.
I wish I had a guide to help me figure out what to do and how to keep going when I wanted to give up.
When my husband decided our marriage was over life as I knew it was over. I felt lost in a storm of emotions. About the time I started getting my bearings I my position was eliminated at work.
After several good cries and too much time staring into space wondering what to do I put together a plan to build a new life. I still had bad days, when life felt like to much but…………………
More days than not I was able to keep taking baby steps forward until today…………..
The kids are young men with great friends, wonderful partners and successful in their work life. I’ve got a successful psychotherapy practice and online business that brings me joy.
You and your kids deserve a great life too.
